OK, so the dirt's not red, but I was short on titles for this post, and that came to mind. At brief glance, it might seem like I've uploaded three similar pictures. A closer look reveals the sequence of Anna's determination to get absolutely stinkin' filthy. The look on her face in the first picture gives you the idea that something's about to happen, as if there is any doubt given the combination of Anna and a giant pile of dirt. The only miracle is that she didn't fall off the back of the wall in the "before" picture. Want to know why? I ordered her not to sit on the wall anymore! It didn't take her long to get to the last photo in the sequence in which she is hot, sweaty, and covered with dirt. Oh yeah, and her skirt is hiding her skinned knee.
At all of Craig's baseball games, Anna plays a game of her own where she has you pick places for her to run to and then takes off for them like crazy. This time Pete told her to run all the way around the outside of the field. You should see her go...and the big old hug her dad gave her when she came back!
