We had a gingerbread bread house decorating party last night, and everyone seemed to have fun! Pete made 3 of the gingerbread houses. The last house and train were from Target. The kids love our friends Anne and Karl who moved here not too long ago from Mt. Pleasant. Anne is the new head of the Children's Department at the Canton Public Library and is doing a great job there. Craig adores her to the point of (her) exhaustion. And despite claiming to be not domestic (she plays in a punk band...) she did help Craig all evening. Karl helped Anna and told me about how she chose to put on her candy, "Hmmm, the roof looks too crowded for this marshmallow tree...I guess I'll have to eat it!"
