While I was visiting San Francisco, and my new nephew, Anna and Craig went Up North with their dad and Grandma and Grandpa (that would be their "regular" Grandma and Grandpa, which distinguishes them from their GREAT Grandma and Grandpa but nonetheless often leaves us amused--as in--if they are the regular ones, who are the irregular ones?)
Craig and Grandpa are fishin' from the dock. The other photos are from the Hartwick Pines State Park. They had a DNR guy there doing some demonstrations. Craig volunteered to be blindfolded and guess what he was touching. The kids also got a chance to touch a wolf pelt. You also see Anna washing clothes on the washboard at the old timey logging camp exhibit that they have there.
